About Scott and Premium Wine Tours
Following a successful career of more than 20 years in the National Basketball League (NBL), as a professional basketball player and coach, winning five championships and representing Australia, Scott decided to embark on a new project in wine tourism. With a little help from his wife, Rebekah, Premium Wine Tours became a reality.
“Enjoying and learning more about wine has long been a passion of mine, and I have designed my tours in a way that I would like to experience them myself,” Scott said.
Premium Wine Tours is more than just a chauffeur service of South Australia’s wine regions. With Premium Wine Tours you will taste wines unavailable to the general public, have the opportunity to purchase wines at substantially discounted prices, and where possible, meet the winemaker, go behind the scenes and experience barrel tasting (subject to availability).
“Each tour is unique to my guests, and tailored to their individual interests. Whether you are a wine novice, enthusiast or expert you are guaranteed to experience a fantastic and memorable day in one of our wonderful wine regions,” Scott said.
Scott encourages guests to try new wineries and he takes great delight in arranging a personalised itinerary for each tour. Choose wineries you would like to visit, or leave some or the entire itinerary in Scott’s capable hands. Just sit back and enjoy.
Your private group of up to six people will travel in style, in a luxury vehicle. Our Holden Caprice V Series II comfortably seats four adults and our Mercedes Benz V250 comfortably seats six adults. Upon request, we cater for more than six people, offering the personalised service of a Premium Wine Tour to a larger group.
